Welcome to Ms. Nam's Page!

Hello, my name is Ms. Nam. I was born in South Korea, and moved to the United States during my 7th grade. I grew up in Chicago, and got my B.A. in English at the University of Illinois at Urbana. I worked in publishing industry for many years, then decided to become an English teacher so I can spend my days reading and writing -- things I love to do. I received my Masters in Teaching from Simmons College right here in Boston. I am currently an English Teacher at Excel High for 9th and 10th graders. And I love coming to school every day.
