Welcome to Ms. Forbes Page!

My name is Ms. Forbes, and this is my first year teaching and coaching at Excel High School. I teach one U.S. History II class, I co-teach two classes consisting of students that are on the Autism spectrum, and I teach one class in the Learning Center.

Even though this is my first year teaching at Excel High, I have taught English and Reading for the past eleven years. The Excel students I have interacted with since the first day of school have been outstanding examples of maturity and academic excellence.

I am very proud to coach the South Boston Girls' Soccer team this year. Even though the soccer season has just begun, the girls are already showing their school community how academically and athletically responsible they are.

My priority as an Excel teacher and coach is to provide my students and student-athletes with the tools they need to be exceptional and successful members of their community.
